Thank you for your interest in the Marching To Harmony, Inc. Drumline. We look forward to a successful, rewarding and enjoyable experience for all participants. In order to participate, please complete this form in its entirety. Applicants under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian sign this form as well. Participation in this Drumline requires an annual participation fee amount of $50.00. All Participants must be 12 by September 1, 2021.

Failure to pay the participation fee will prevent participation in the drum line this season.
